MacOS and Windows

To use the new compiler on MacOS or Windows you currently need to first manually load the old compiler load the old compiler by loading cmpload.fsl from the Autoload directory or by compiling something (which autoloads the compiler). On UNIX systems, the compiler is already loaded by default.
