1. Double click on the setup file you downloaded and follow the onscreen instructions to install. 2. Once PDF Creator is installed, open your document in MS Word (or your favorite Word Processor). 3. Select "File" -> "Print" 4. Make sure that PDF Creator is selected as your printer (Click on the printer name to change if it is not the default). 5. Click on the print button 6. It might take a while depending on the speed and the size of the file, once it's done, PDF creator will present you with a screen to select the title of your document and date, these don't really matter, they are only used so the document info would be accurate. 7. After modifying/keeping the above values, click on save. 8. You will be presented with a screen asking you where do you wish to save your file. Highlight the desktop then click on save. 9. PDF creator will go through some steps to finalize the PDF, it should now be on your desktop and PDF creator will automatically open it for you if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
