The file 'archive' is an archive of messages sent to the
stat-lisp-news mailing list. At the moment it is updated by hand at
irregular intervals.

To join the mailing list, send a message asking to join and giving
your email address to stat-lisp-news-request@stat.umn.edu.

To remove your name from the list, also send a message to
stat-lisp-news-request@stat.umn.edu giving your email address and
asking to be removed.

At the moment this list is maintained by hand. A proper list server
will probably be installed in the near future.
