before the time the class begins.
The points in this homework are evenly distributed across the three
Solve reinforcement exercises R-4.35, R-4.36, R-4.37, R-4.38, and R-4.39
in Chapter 4.
Solve creativity problem C-4.3 in Chapter 4. This requires you to understand
the three-way set disjointness problem in Section 4.2.
Solve creativity problem C-4.23 in Chapter 4. This is somewhat tricky, and
we might discuss this in class on Monday, Oct 10.
For this homework, the solutions will not be posted on Daniel Squires' site.
